Yukon Quest 2012

During last year's Yukon Quest,  a good friend of mine wrote me saying "Judy, don't ever do that race.  Its too dang cold."  Well, sorry, Donna, we just have to.  I just can't see myself standing out on the Paw Print corner handing out hotdogs to mushers enroute to Whitehorse and wondering what the  trail will be like.  Its a habit I developed as a kid, riding my ponies, Rosie and Lucky.  After school, on weekends, throughout the hot summers, my friends - Pam and Jenny - and I would explore the trails of our New Hampshire woods, always curious where this or that one led.   So, here we go... taking another long trail, this one a bit less traveled.
